Ram Island is almost 10 acres and about 3800 feet of water frontage. The island has many interesting parts. It has a nice low bank beach, old forests, towering cliffs overlooking vast stretches of islands and waterways.

Truly 360 degree views from the top of the island. Mt. Baker to Olympics and many islands. Private well could be drilled or desalinization water systems. No power currently on the island. Located very close to Lopez Island or a short boat ride to Anacortes. Properly zoned to allow for a home, barge landing and dock to be built.

Located south of Center Island, close to Lopez and Decatur Islands, about 9 miles to Anacortes Washington.
