Location, location, location... This private island is situated in Fisherman's Cove, 300 yards (275 m) from Thunderbird Marina, in the Vancouver suburb of West Vancouver. The little island is known locally as "The Egg", due to its proximity to the slightly larger Eagle Island in the same cove. Abode Island features a fully serviced cottage, complete with dock and a boat. There is room to build a larger residence, of up to 6,500 sq. feet ( 604 sq. meters). Good things come in small packages!
