Bikendrik Island Resort offers beach houses for a rate of 450 Euro per /night, minimum stay 3 nights, full board 125.00 Euro per day/person

Start of operation of the resort will be spring/summer 2007.

Bikendrik Island is a small private island in the Majuro Atoll and is presently built by the German owners as an exclusive hideaway for a discerning clientele who wishes to relax in privacy and without missing their usual environment.

The beach houses are build in colonial style 4 meters above the beach and are offered either furnished or unfurnished. All floor tiles are hand made, so is the woodwork. Each bungalow is furnished with whisper air conditioner(s) and hot water on demand heaters for the bathtub and shower. The whole resort is suitable for wheel chairs. Upon completion each beach house will have high-speed internet. French doors lead onto the terrace and are directly above the beach of the Lagoon/Pacific with beautiful white sand and brilliant turquoise water with an average temperature of 27 degrees. The tranquility and the view from the bedroom and terrace are exceptional.

Bikendrik Island will have single bedroom beach houses, double bed room beach houses and for clients with a higher demand, 3 bedroom beach houses. They are built around the island directly facing the water. Bigger houses can be build according to buyers plans.

These beach houses are fully serviced. The Bikendrik Island Resort will service these bungalows with their kitchen and a 24 hours room service. No cooking, dishwashing, and coin laundry will spoil your stay.

Bikendrik Island will also have a few resort bungalows for guests. The owners have decided to keep the numbers low in order to give their valued clients the privacy needed to relax.

Scuba diving, spear fishing, water ski, para sailing, sailing an outrigger or using one of the speed boats available for pick nicks on uninhabited outer islands with a hamper of chilled white wine or champagne, or playing Tennis with flood light, Bikendrik will have it all. Lounging at the sweet water pool facing the Lagoon or sitting at the bar and having a drink before lunch or dinner, will be your major vacation decisions! Dining in the Long House and dancing at the candle lit swimming pool to romantic melodies under a star sparkling South Pacific sky will enhance the pleasure of your stay on Bikendrik. The planned spa with laser and LED treatment available as well as Asian massage will help you to get rid of accumulated stress.

The Marshall Islands are a politically secure and modern country.

Flying there is easy whether in your private jet or with Continental 767 to Majuro Airport. There is no hassle at the immigration or customs, Marshallese people being polite and friendly. You will not encounter one of the nightmares on arrival as in so many other places. Coming to the Marshall Islands is like stepping into one of the novels of Somerset Maugham or Forster.

It takes only 15 minutes to clear friendly immigration; our staff will pick up your luggage and bring you to Bikendrik on their own speedboat across the calm lagoon where staff will be awaiting your arrival to unpack for you. The drive to Bikendrik Island takes about 30 minutes.

The climate is more or less the same all year around, an average of 27 degrees Celsius with light trade winds and occasional late afternoon showers, which make it very pleasant, even without air conditioning. There are no mosquitoes nor any other nuisances and no snakes or spiders. Majuro Atoll is outside the Taifun area.

We are happy to furnish your beach house according to your wishes and instructions or make you an offer for a complete finished beach house.

The lease hold is free to be sold anytime by the owner. With the purchase of a beach house, the owner acquires also a share in the whole of Bikendrik Island i.e. swimming pool, lounge, restaurant, tennis court etc.

All facilities like installation of electricity, utilities, treated water and internet are included in the price.

The monthly utility cost total for an owner in residence is 1450.00 Euro/month which includes the full hotel service, full board, internet surfing/TV/telephone

During the absence of the owner, a monthly fee of 250.00 Euro applies which includes the service, maintenance and security for the beach house. The German management guarantees the safety and maintenance during the absence of the owner.

If the beach house is let through the Bikendrik Island Resort during the owners absence the 250.00 Euro do not apply.

Owners who wish to bring their yachts are welcome at our jetty.
