Aslom is a treasure island boasting clear turquoise water, colourful marine life, and good sand. The area was declared by the Philippine government as a tourism zone and marine reserve area. It is a perfect venue for diving, boating, sailing, snorkelling and fishing. Giant clams are a common underwater scene. Aslom Island has almost 1 kilometre of beachfront with powdery white sand.
Planted with almost 500 fully grown coconut trees, 30 Narra Trees and other varieties of trees, the area is ideal for nature trekking or camping. The island also has a natural lagoon. Aslom Island has a flat area with a hilly portions and wonderful rock formations.
