Big Gun Island

Situated in the Musquodoboit Estuary a short drive north of the provincial capital of Halifax, this private island is nicely elevated and completely treed. Access is via the small boat launch at Martinique Beach, 10 minutes away. There is an old cottage on the island which is in need of some repair. A well is located on the island. While there are currently no phone lines leading to the island, cellular phones are operable. Big Gun is a truly remarkable property at an affordable price, and is sure to be of interest to many (Freudian psychologists come to mind, given its name).
