This lovely private island is located at the southern end of the Exuma Chain. The house features a large screened in porch, a state of the art fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, ceramic tile floors, a 15,000 gallon rain water cistern with three stage waterpurification system, and a 1,100 cubic foot walk in cold storage/wine cellar.
