Deep Blue Water Cay

Deep Blue Water Caye is a gem waiting to be developed. The island is located on the Eastern side of the Blue Ground Range. With wonderful eastern views, Deep Blue water Caye is protected by the barrier reef only a couple miles away.

The water around this island provides terrific snorkelling just offshore and protected anchorage along the western side with water deep enough to accomodate even the largest of vessels. The island was filled a few years ago and has begun a vibrant regrowth of vegetation. The Mangrove was left intact to protect the island from erosion until it is fully developed. The beach area has been fortified by a strong base of river rock holding it all togther. The Blue Ground Range is the closest range to the mouth of the Sittee River less than 9 miles away with many options for a potential river side lot with your own dock. This would offer a terrific location for storage of your boat and supplies to use for development of the island, with the added benefit of having your own mainland based facility for quick trips to Dangriga to restock.
