Part of the Diapori chain in the Argosaronikos Gulf, an area of Greece mythologized for the lush emerald beauty of it's picturesque islands.
The island is densely wooded in a rich green boreal forest, and partially open to personal or tourist development (a portion of the island's woodland is protected from use by the Greek government).
