These two stand-alone private islands in the lagoon of Bora Bora are extremely rare. Both are available in entirety, and completely surrounded by water, these are not parcels. The main island is close to a hectare and is fully groomed, and ready to be structured to your desires.

There is a wharf to ease the access by boat to the island, a technical facility, and two houses.The main house is close to 200m² composed of two modules linked together by a large open deck and a roofed Fare Pote. The two modules are : the living area with two rooms, open kitchen, mezzanine, shower room; and the master bedroom house.

The second house is about 100m² and has two rooms, a living area with open kitchen, a mezzanine, one bath, and a deck.
All existing dwellings would have to be either remodeled or taken down.

The other island is slightly smaller and is left completely wild and untouched, and therefore can be adapted to whatever you wish: a backyard jungle retreat, or on the contrary, to accommodate all the technical and personnel infrastructures. The crossing from one island to the other is only about 40yards and knee deep.

These islands can be bought together or separate.
