The island has a spacious main house with a roomy common area/living room and commercial kitchen, 40' x 20' ft. swimming pool and two charming bungalows. The 240 acre island has over a mile of pristine beach. The rental includes the use of a 25’ Wahoo, 19’ Whaler and two jet skis.
