Two of the Three Marias.
These two islands (totalling 11 hectares, or just over 27 acres) are located in the Gulf of Montijo. One of the islands has a little house built on it.
Three Marias is a perfect getaway, lush and green and surrounded by very rich fishing grounds. It is less than 20 km from one of the best surfspots in the World (Santa Catalina).
The area is bordered by the COIBA marina park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its incredible marine biodiversity that includes whales, mantarays, orcas and dolphins.
The pictures that are included do not do justice to the islands; they possess pristine beaches and clear water. The topography of the islands provides great views.
The mainland in the area is quickly being developed; marina projects, eco resorts, residential projects and fishing lodges are popping up rapidly.
