This private island is situated adjacent to the eastern tip of Great Abaco Island, 3 miles (5 km) offshore. It features extensive vegetation, numerous bays, and has elevations as high as 30-40 feet (9-12 metres). Five beautiful white sand beaches encircle the island.
A protected inner lagoon is also present with access to the ocean via a channel. Matt Lowe's Cay is home to an orchard of fruit trees of many varieties.
