Overyonder Cay

This beautiful island features 5 beaches including a 900' foot white sand cove and a deep-water beach with 2 gazebos and a 70' wooden dock. Its most dramatic beach is protected by a natural breakwater. On the western side of the cay lays a magnificent coral reef perfect for snorkelling and fishing.

The island boasts a hurricane-proof harbour with 2 docks for large boats and a floating dock for multiple small boats. Water is supplied by 2 rainwater cisterns plus a well. Electricity is by invertor, 220V solar power and 2 diesel generators.

The island is being sold with furniture, equipment, 5 golf carts, 2 Boston Whalers and a Massey Ferguson front-end loader with backhoe.

The main house is situated on a hilltop with wrap-around verandahs, 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It features spectacular cathedral ceilings. There is also another building that contains both a 2 bedroom apartment and a 1 bedroom apartment, plus well-equipped workshops and storage.

The island staff is willing to stay on, making this a turn-key operation.
