A cute, cozy and clean open concept cedar shake main cottage with a knotty pine finished interior with sun room, antique wood stove and lots of windows. The master bedroom windows face the open waters and sits right next to a four piece bathroom and a large soaking tub with views to the forest.

Two guest cabins, one with a screened porch for the kids or visiting guests and an outdoor shower. There is a storage/hobby shop and a gas shed at the docks in one of the most beautiful protected back harbours on The Bay with two marine railways, one with an electric winch, for storing some of your boats in the winter.

The turn key vacation property comes fully furnished, includes a 17 ft bowrider Edgewater boat, a 14 ft runabout, kayak and canoe offering privacy far from the maddening crowds and the busy boat channels. All in the prestigious Sans Souci neighbourhood, two and a half hours from Toronto and a short boat ride to the islands.
