This unique property is situated on a peninsula in the climatic health resort of Schluchsee. The peninsula is located on the sunny southwest side of the lake, with direct lake access.

At the lake, it's possible to hire out of rowing, pedal and electro boats as well as a ship for longer lake tours in the Black Forest.
