This 900+ acre island is also know as "Great Seal Island", and is approximately 20 mile off shore at the southern tip of Nova Scotia.
The island contains about 20 homes and a year-round sheep operation. The entire island is available less a portion owned by the Government of Canada and a small parcel with several homes retained by the former owners and inhabitants of the island.
