This small private island is situated in the Laguna di Grado, near Venice. Access is via a small bridge from the mainland. The island is nicely treed with 30 year old trees, and features a 3-bedroom, 646 sq. foot (60 sq. metre) wooden house, as well as an outdoor swimming pool. Fresh water is supplied by a 495 foot (150 m) artesian well. Hot and cold water is available, and heat and electricity are provided by a gas generator.
