Cabbage Cay is a 35-acre private island located in the inner bay, just off North Eleuthera and Harbour Island. Eleuthera lies about 60 miles east of Nassau and about 200 miles from Florida.

Portions of the island have elevations to over 20 feet. The island has been laid out with 23 private home sites in the event an owner should wish to subdivide the property.

There are 3 sandy beaches. The island is conveniently located a short distance from the very popular and beautiful Harbour Island with its many restaurants, resorts and marinas as well as the North Eleuthera International airport with direct flights to Nassau and Florida.
