Sand quality: First grade. The sand is soft, white and as good as Boracay.

Water: Wells on the island Road access: app 1.5 hours from the airport. Then 15 mins by boat.

Boat access: 15 mins (8kms) from town. Good anchorage in the channel

Shelter: Sheltered from the Amihan SW wind (9 months). Semi-sheltered in Habagat (5 weeks December/January)

Elevation: App. 100 metres, with steep sides and 2 small bays with flat land.

Land: Nice palm trees. Ideal for construction. No clearing required.

Views: Overlooks the surrounding islands.

Sunset: Sunsets are visible from the main beach.

This island formerly operated as a dive resort, but is now closed. However, there are still buildings and generator on the island which could be refurbished. It is situated among some of the best wreck diving in the world.
