This is an 80 acre paradise located between the Withlacoochee Bay and Waccassaa Bay on the Gulf Coast of Florida. The owner says the island is approximatly 65-70% dry with the remaining 30% marsh. The property has been manicured and a road system put in place for electric carts and ATVs.

Primary access to the island is via airboat from Yankeetown, Florida. The seller's airboat comes with the property. The island has a population of deer, wild hogs, turkey, and bald eagles. The fishing opportunities are incredible for Bull Reds and Trout. The location is such that access is not difficult, but it is just difficult enough to keep the area QUIET and secluded.

The lodge is made from Cedar, Cypress and other trees from the island. The seller milled the lumber on site for construction.
