There are ample care takers quarters on the island including a 2 bedroom, 2 bath pilot and security unit.

The island is serviced by a concrete and wood deep water boat dock on the western, sheltered side of the island with another dock next to the cottage on the point. A large seaplane/helipad ramp is capable of handling the 1943 Grumman Goose or helicopter.

Amenities also include three boats, a 24’ Boston Whaler, a 21’ Trophy, and a 24’ Carolina Skiff. The island has a complete physical plant that powers all of the buildings and the marina housing 3 generators (580 kw, combined). An 8000 gal/day Reverse Osmosis system produces all the fresh water one could wish for.
