The main 3-bedroom residence has been exquisitely decorated and the exterior is composed of unique stones that give the house a romantic castle-like appearance. All amenities are available on the island, including telephone and electricity service, a generator, and water. The gardens have been lovingly landscaped and are truly breathtaking, including a special watering pool for the vegetation.

Ciftlik Island has stunning views in every direction, as the South side faces historic Rhodes, and the West faces beautiful Ciftlik Cove's lovely beach and ancient ruins. The island is 27km west of Marmaris, 17 miles to Rhodes, and located in the municipal region of Bayir Koyu. Just 250 metres from the mainland, the highest elevation on the island is approximately 70 metres above sea level.
