Situated on a freshwater lake the island features a well maintained and modern main cabin as well as two well equipped guest cabins.In addition the island has a shop and a sauna house, perfect for warming up in on those cold Alaskan nights.

The island also features two service docks and one float plane dock with lift ensuring easy access to the island and surrounding area.
