The island is available for rent in its entirety, complete with 4,500 sq. foot guest house, a billiards/game cottage, caretaker's house, and a 250 foot wood piling dock.

Accommodations

The Guest House This beautiful 2-storey home affords you and your party all the comforts of the mainland during your stay on the island. Each of its 9 bedrooms is fully air conditioned, with doors opening onto the 360° wrap around porch. Six bedrooms contain queen size beds, while the other 3 have bunk beds for the kids. 4 full-size bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, large dining room, Florida Great Room, and an upstairs bar opening to the private sundeck complete the picture. Outside, a downstairs deck with barbecue and recreational area (ping pong, anyone?) is available for your enjoyment.

Amenities The guest house comes fully equipped with all the basic amenities you'll need such as bed & bath linens, beach towels, basic toiletries and hairdryers. The fully-equipped kitchen contains all appliances, as well as glass and flat ware, coffee maker and filters, pots and pans, and paper towels. Local phone calls are free of charge and the satellite television and barbecue grill are at your disposal. For an additional fee, the house can be stocked with groceries prior to your arrival ($25 service charge will be added to your grocery bill), and catering and personal chef services can be arranged.

Coupon Key offers an amazing variety of activities on both land and sea: snorkelling, games of pool or ping pong, exploration of neighbouring islands, swimming in the clear blue ocean steps from the house, and tropical nature walks around the island. For an additional fee, sailing excursions, scuba diving, and flats or deep sea fishing can be arranged. For those seeking rest and relaxation, there's plenty of time for star gazing, good conversation, sunbathing or enjoying a tropical drink as the sun slowly sets. Getting There

Transportation to and from the island from the mainland is included in the rental price. Guests are welcome to bring their own boat directly to the island, keeping it at the dock during their stay. Transportation from Key West International or Marathon Airport can be arranged for an additional fee, as can boat rentals.
