Deer Bay Island is located on the main channel of the wild and beautiful French River. The air is fresh and the island is protected from the North winds by a larger island rock face. This lovely property is forested with 2 acres of mature red pine and white pine and cedars, small ash, junipers & blueberry bushes and many ferns & flowers.

The island is rock based and one can view quartz (pink & white) and mica on this undeveloped property. It is just 10 minutes by river to a golf course or supply post.

From the island, access to the mainland is just 5 min, and close to electric power (underwater access).
