Malaya Island is located in the Calamianes, one of the best island groupings in the country. Near this island lie shipwrecks and neighbouring islands with high cliffs, beautiful lagoons and fantastic lakes. Malaya Island is located in the municipality of Coron in Northern Palawan. It's about a 90 minute flight from Manila to Busuanga and a 40 minute ride on shuttle van to the town of Coron.

Planted near the shoreline of Malaya Island are waving coconut trees and in the hinterland are different hardwood and softwood. Its white sand beach stretches hundred of metres.
