This 20-acre-plus private island is situated just 35 minutes from Gatlinburg, Tennessee on the north side of the Smokey Mountains. It is located in beautiful Douglas Lake, with over 550 miles (885 km) of shoreline, coves, and gorgeous views of the Smokey Mountains. Covered with aged hardwoods,including groves of cedar trees, the elevation reaches 80 feet (24 m) above the lake.

There are a number of ideal home sites and vistas on all sides of the island. Three coves also cut into the island, providing sheltered boat access. With a depth of 100 feet (30 m), Douglas Lake is known for its great fishing and water sports. There are a number of marinas on the lake, the closest one only a half-mile (0.8 km) away.
