This private island is situated in Deer Harbor, near the marina on Orcas Island, in the San Juan Islands. It is nicely treed, and has 1284 feet (391 m) of shoreline.

The principal residence is 2300 square feet (214 sq. metres) in size. A guest house is also present, at a size of 600 sq. feet (56 sq. metres). Electricity and telephone service are available. An 80 foot (24 m) pier and 40 foot (12 m) float provide protected anchorage for boats. The view from the island is quite scenic, taking in Orca Island and the surrounding waters and islands.
