I would definitely love to live in such a house. I think they are definitely a masterpiece of modern architecture and I love modern architecture. The overwater elements look fantastic. I think they had a great sense for the nature.
I love the Caribbean and my absolute favorite island is Curacao. Maybe I will sometime be able to build such a house on Curacao.

I actually like Dellis Cay too, even though I'm not usually a fan of big island developments. From the sketches I've seen of the proposed developments, it seems like they're pretty integrated into the surroundings, and that the architects had a lot of respect for nature.

Wow that is a good price for such a large Caribbean island. And even though I'm not a big fand of developing like this, I would have to say he did an excellent job. The architecture looks cool and he left a lot of the land natural, and he will surely make good money

The article says the owner bought Dellis Cay for $50 Million.

Michael Douglas bought one of the homes.

Each has a long boat dock with a geometric glass box serving as an additional bedroom.

Maison S and H has an overwater cabana and is truly great.

Carl Ettensberger is making overwater villas.
