Hey everyone,

I currently live in Brentwood, California and I would say I am a novice Island nut. I love hiking, running, camping, surfing etc. I would love to have my own island so that I could I participate in all my favorite activities on my very own property.

I used to think island ownership was only for the wealthy. I am starting to realize that many of the properties are reasonably priced; perhaps island ownership is in my future!

I'd say wait for a recission in the major economies, and land would get a lot cheaper. A recission in the US economy is right around the corner.

hopefully the recession doesn't affect ones personal wealth because if all of your savings are gone, a drop in land prices doesn't do much for your cause.
