Granada has a population of 50,000 people and a very relaxed and easy way of life. It has many resataurants, cafes, nice places to stay and is a tourist town. Do not forget to try the local rum Flor De Cana when in town. The island used to be a cattle farm and the previous owner also used to grow crops such as plantains and corn. He also used to fish with nets or line around the island. ACTIVITIES The island offers excelent panoramic views of the neighbouring islands, Granada, Volcano Mombacho and the surrounding hills.
