This stunning private island is only 2 hours north of Vancouver, located just off the southern tip of the Francis Peninsula on Beaver Island.

It is nicely elevated, and fully treed, with several deep water moorage locations along its shore. Rare for a Canadian private island, it is connected to municipal electricity, water and telephone lines. The island features a 3-bedroom panabode cottage, complete with fireplace and a large sundeck which faces west. A dock capable of accomdating boats up to 20 feet (6 m) in length at high tide is located off the north shore of Helford Island. This island is located in a prime sports fishing area of the Sunshine Coast of BC.
