Isla Parida, Panama

Just 12 miles offshore and 30 minutes away from the second largest city in Panama, sits this hidden jewel. This property is in the middle of the Chiriqui Marine Sanctuary, a worldwide marine park, with rights of Posession, application for concession, round 1 of ecological impact studies (ANNAM), and approval for construction through IPAT (Tourist Board). The land is Corporate owned (One person owns 100% shares) which makes for an easy sale.

The South side is a magnificent beach, over 1,300 feet long and faces a crystal clear lagoon, filled with fish and lobsters. The east side faces the Pacific Ocean, and hundreds of small dotted islands. there is also a small cove, with another small protected beach. The two properties are rainforrest like, filled with over a thousand teak, mahogany, eucoliptus, and tons of other trees, plants and fauna, some over 10 feet in diameter, with a canopy height of 250ft(main island) /150ft(small island). The wildlife consists of white faced and howler monkeys, wild puerco, parrots, toucans, and plenty of ocean critters.

There have been 5 underground wells established, with pure spring water being fed from subsurface aquafiers, coming from the mountains of Boquete, and Vulcan Baru. This would be a great place for an escape, private home, eco lodge, or fishing resort. This is the closest island to some of the best fishing in the world, including Isla Coiba, Hannible Banks, Isla Montuosa, Isla Secas, and Isla Ladrones. Blue, Black, and Striped Marlin, Sailfish, Yellowfin Tuna, Wahoo, Dolphin, Roosterfish, Monster Snapper and Jacks are just minutes away. In the old days, Pirates were known to hide out in the lagoon, to deter the English and Spanish from getting their treasure home. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to own an island like this, at this price.
