The cuisine is originally Keralese, and the food is prepared according to your wishes. Everything is prepared fresh.

We use only fresh ingredients from our own garden and from a farm with organic cultivation; fish, prawns, crabs and mussels are caught in the lake or the near sea; bread, cakes, and ice cream are prepared by our cooks
