Kalabash Cay is a small private island offering white beaches and two ridges. The island is situated a quarter mile to the north end of Kamalame Cay. The island also has 5 feet water depth on the south side - perfect for the construction of a dock which can be extended out to 40 feet where the water is 6 feet or deeper.

A 10 feet deep channel crosses the reef just north of Pigeon Cay and provides access into Stafford Creek on tide. There are two settlements a short distance from the Cay including Stafford Creek with two fishing resorts and Blanket Sound. Stafford Creek provides a government dock to unload supplies, dockage, excellent fishing and great anchorage inside the creek and under the bridge. The Cay is just 10 miles from the San Andros Airport, 18.5 miles from Lyford Cay/Old Fort, and 31 miles from Nassau's Harbour.
