Kistak Island is located 9 miles away from Bodrum on the east; between Orak Island and Pabuc headland. It is also 700 metres away from Pabuc Headland, 1700 metres away from a fishing shelter on the beach; and also 2000 metres away from the Sea Garden Holiday Village quay.

There are 3000 olive trees on the island. Furthermore, it is allowed to build 2 houses on every parcel with 250 sqmt each. There is a Bodrum type of house with 2 floors on the island. It is about 240 sqmt gross and 140 sgmt net on the area. It is also connected to the quay on the north, which is 50 metres away, with a road made by concrete.

All kinds of electricity and water installations have been already settled. The drinking water will be supplied by 2 cisterns, which will be filled up by rain water during winter time. The energy will be generated by generators and bottled gas.

Transportation can be arranged by boat, which can be supplied from the bay, where a village is located. Alternatively, transportation can be arranged from the quay of the Sea Garden Holiday Village. Another possibility would be to hire a boat from Bodrum; the trip would take approximately 2 hours.
