On the national park land, no permanent structures can be built, but it can be landscaped, made into gardens, park, sala areas etc. The island is 1000 metres (.62 miles) from Koh Chang island's Kai Bae Beach, one of the most charming beaches on Koh Chang, Thailand's second largest island.
