Koholmen Island is located on the west coast of Sweden - Strömstad is only a few minutes away by boat. The islands features 12 acres of partly wooded land.

The island includes a main house with wine cellar, open fireplace, a large terrace with panoramic oceanviews. Also included is a guest house with a large terrace overlooking the garden, ocean, two “children´s cottages”, and 3 small toolsheds. The sauna is located right on the waterfront. Two boats are included in the sale, one larger diesel inboard motorboat and one new, smaller speedboat.
