The price includes the island, the fully furnished and redecorated luxury home, two boats, a sea walled canal lot on the mainland 1 mile away from the island for parking and launching to the island (which is big enough to build a small home on it) and much more.

The island also has the unique feature of the very hard to get permission to have short term rentals. It is a right that is grandfathered in and is permanent. It will transfer over to the new owners. So, you can run Melody Key as a rental business, if you like. Most homes in the Keys are not permitted to be rented out for less than 30 days, so this is an invaluable feature.
