Little Normans Cay is a lovely undeveloped private island comprised of 35 acres. It is located in the northern Exumas, three miles north of the Exuma Land and Sea Park.

A high ridge runs through the island's centre creating a perfect building site and the western shoreline is completely protected by the surrounding islands. There are three beaches, including a protected cove beach on the south side with an old abandoned hut.

The area is ideal for fishing, abounding with all types of deep sea fish.

Located approximately 40 miles from Nassau and within 1/2 mile of Norman's Cay airstrip.
