Your closest neighbor is past the eagle’s nest about 700 meters. Mind you there is a much smaller island about 60 feet due east that an adult could wade over to. But it’s only about 60 feet in diameter and serves only to add character and charm to your setting.

The lake is home to 20 species of fish, 3 commercial resorts, a marina for your boat and 280 families of cottagers actively working to keep Christie Lake in pristine condition through their Lake Stewardship Plan (www.christielakeassociation.com).
