Situated in Long Pond, near the town of Jackman in northern Maine, this private island is connected to the mainland by a wooden walkway.

It is nicely treed, and features a 3-bedroom cottage, complete with a stone fireplace in the living room, and a large porch overlooking the lake. Electricity is available on the island, as is telephone service. Water is supplied by a lake pump, and a septic tank has been installed. Also present on the island is a storage shed/guest house.
