This small private island is located about 2 hours north of Toronto, in the popular vacation region of Muskoka. It includes a winterized 1700 sq. foot (158 sq. metre) cottage with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The cottage comes fully equipped with a fridge, stove, tv, vcr, washer dryer and microwave. Heating is provided by 2 wood burning stoves, as well as an electric furnace. In addition to the main cottage, the island has a 2-bedroom guest bunkie, a screened-in gazebo, wood/storage shed, and 2 floating docks. 4 small boats (including a small sailboat) are included with the island. A boat launch, dock, and private parking are available on shore.
