This undeveloped island lies directly off the coast of Guysborough County, only a 1/4 mile from the small town of Drum Head in the mouth of the St. Mary River.

The island is well wooded, has sandy beaches and offers a natural harbour. In the past, the island was farmed. Opposite the island there is a public wharf which can also be utilised. An exceptional island with interesting geological formations and minerals.

Two small pieces of land on the island are excluded in this sale. The owner of these properties is unknown.
