Located in a very private and sheltered setting north of Batteau Island with scenic Island studded views all around and an open Georgian Bay view to the west. The Island is mostly smooth granite with some interesting rock formation.

The cottage has Living room with wood stove, kitchen with propane stove and eating area, 1 bedroom, Dining room and sunroom with lots of windows and additional sleeping area. There is a solar panel for lights and a shed with shower and a composting toilet. The cottage has low maintenance vinyl siding and a metal roof.

A solid crib dock with deep water is at the east side of the Island. The area around this island consist of mostly crown islands and is ideal for kayak and canoe enthusiasts. Killbear Marina is a 25 minute boat ride away.
