Situated on Chamcook Lake, Odell Island is heavily wooded with spruce and pine, and has very friendly access. Chamcook Lake is noted for its fine sport fishing of Landlock Salmon and Lake Trout. Only the southerly half of Odell is for sale. Buyers cannot build on the island because it is a watershed area. The island can only be used for camping, fishing or swimmming.
