Oson Island has along beach on its west side with very good view of the western horizon during sunsets. The whole island is relatively flat with hilly parts on its south and north ends. Its eastern side is mangrove, but there are also small beaches. The eastern side has a good harbour, a safe haven for boats.

The long beach is like a cove; the north and south sides of the cove are rocks that shelter the powdery white sand. Tundaje Island has abundant coconut trees.

The mainland is just a few hundred metres away. Tundaje Island is about a 2 hour boat ride from to El Nido airport.
