Historic Pipe Island features a working lighthouse and renovated light keepers home, built in 1888. Explore the 13+ acres of the island's pristine beauty, with 2700 feet of private frontage.

Be amazed by up close views of freighters from all over the world (via the Saint Lawrence Sea Way) - pushing through the clear waters of the Saint Mary’s river on both sides of Pipe Island. Relax in front on a field stone fireplace in one of three secluded two bedroom log cottages thoughtfully placed at the water's edge.

• Two bedroom cottages (comfortably sleep 4 adults)

• Cottages are “house keeping” (there is no daily maid)

Shoulder Season (May 4 – June 4) Sunday – Thursday $140, Friday – Saturday$150

Peak Season(June 4 – September 4) $145, $175

Dockage Fees .40 cents per foot/day

Boat Rides (if more than two per stay) $15 to/from Detour Village or $45 per ½ hour ride. Price based on two persons.
