The island is located in the tropical weather of the Florida Keys in an upscale area - Little Palm Island Resort is located just to the west, Long Beach Estates to the east, 2 miles from Looe Key, at Mile marker 28, just 25 minutes from Key West.

This unique 14 acre island estate features four buildings and a dock house. The main house; oceanfront with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, a billiards room, and a private pool.

The guest house is a 607 square ft. home with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, and a loft. Both homes have air-conditioning, satellite TV, and high speed internet connection.

There is a main power building for the utility systems and a maintenance building for storage of equipment. There is a large interior boat basin cut into the island with extensive dock space, providing protected dockage for boats.

In the centre of the island, there is a grass area large enough to land a helicopter and accommodate a par 3 golf hole.

The property comes with 3 boats: a 2003, 25’ Nautica RIB, a 23’ Deck Boat, and a barge.

There is a compact utility tractor along with all necessary equipment to maintain the manicured grounds.

The island is self sufficient, powered by four new 24 volt Hawker Power Safes (hydrogen battery strings), charged by a series of photovoltaic solar panels. There are two generators that back up the power system; an Onan 5kw Diesel Generator and a Onan 12kw LP auto start generator.

The rainwater storage is backed up by a Saltwater RO system capable of producing 1200 gallons per day.

The island is home to the endangered Key Deer and crowned pigeon. Pink spoonbills are common on the island.
