This private island is situated just off the coast of Cape Breton Island, near the town of Poirierville. At low tide it is accessible by foot. The island is completely forested. Being close to the mainland, and due to its easy accessibility, the construction of a cottage and the provision of electricity to the island should be possible without too much trouble or added expense.
